(TTI Success Insights™) to give a more complete understanding of what
DISC™ language is and how to use it.
What is Day 1?
Day One of the Two day seminars teaches people how to understand how they communicate using the DISC™ language as a way of understanding themselves.
Day Two helps individuals recognize, understand and appreciate others’ behavioral designs.
In addition to learning how to adapt their style for enhanced communication,
understanding, and relationships. Day Two teaches individuals how to work
effectively in a team environment.
“This economic environment brings a whole new meaning to teamwork. Teams are reduced in size and workload continue to increase. Now is the time to show your top employees that they matter most. Jennifer's validated tools and most importantly her expertise will breath new life into your top employees and help redefine their standard of performance. Remember the 80/20 rule? 20 % of your employees carry 80% of the team's workload and most likely influence the work performance of the whole team. Not only will your top employees be motivated but will be grateful to you for believing in them. This is the best investment I have ever made in my teams.”
