What is it?

It is a system for analyzing the unique configuration of Personal Skills, Behavior, and Motivators required for a specific job.

How does it work?

It identifies a complete hierarchy of competencies. It allows you to clarify any position issues. It prioritizes and validates the attributes, values and behaviors.

Can be used on:

• Any Leadership/Management Exempt position
• Any Professional Exempt position
• Any hourly non-exempt position


When can I use it?

Anytime you need an unbiased opinion about whether someone is right or wrong for the job. Anytime you want to benchmark a job & let the job talk about what it needs. The computer will analyze the input of up to 10 respondents to identify the importance of the 23 personal skills.


Why would I use this system?

When you want to match the right person, who brings those unique talents to the job, you are on your way to “predicting” superior performance. It is simple to execute, collects the right information, and transcends personal biases. It therefore performs over 100,00 calculations to identify, prioritize, and calibrate performance. Furthermore, it makes writing the job description easy. It will provide you with a structured competency based set
of “interviewing questions”.
