Jennifer C. Zamecki is the Founder and President of Well-Run Concepts Inc., a Human Resource Consulting Firm since 1997, whose mission is to Help Organizations Define and Develop Top Talent. Jennifer has over 20 years of Human Resource Management and Executive Operational experience.
Jennifer holds a Bachelors of Arts in Organizational Communication from Arizona State University and is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst, Values Analyst, Attribute Index Analyst, and Certified TriMetrix™ Analyst. Jennifer’s passion and finely-tuned skills in the area of corporate communications and people asset management, has lead her to be considered an expert and key advisor to CEO’s and business owners, in her chosen field of human performance improvement. Jennifer has taught a variety of management classes at the University of California, Santa Barbara in the College of Business, Management and Law, and at the Santa Barbara City College Hotel, Restaurant and Culinary School. Currently she is teaching at Central Florida Community College.
Jennifer has been a member of Targeted Training Internationals “Chairman’s Club” for a number of years, and has used TTI’s cutting edge assessment tools since 1995. In 2002 & 2005 she was awarded the covenant “President’s Award” for her outstanding contribution to Human Resource Development at TTI. Jennifer also was nominated into TTI’s International Faculty in 2004, which is comprised of trainers and coaches from around the world, whose experience in developing and improving people is vast and deep. Recently in 2008 Jennifer received the “Value Added Associate of the Month” award from TTI in recognition for her outstanding contribution to TTI over the past 12 years.
