Well-Run Concepts is launching a premier executive team-building program designed for small, high-performing teams of 6–15 leaders. This experience combines expert-led off-sites with quarterly development cycles anchored in validated assessments, coaching, and measurable growth.
Overview
This year-long program blends one or two in-person retreats with virtual quarterly sessions. Each quarter focuses on one key leadership science:
• DISC
• Motivators
• Adaptability (AQ)
• Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
Each participant also receives one individual coaching session per quarter, ensuring personal accountability and breakthrough growth. Leaders gain clarity, alignment, and practical tools that improve collaboration and performance.
